帶防止突入電流功能 300mA 超小型高速電壓穩壓器

XC6229系列產品是實現了高精度,低噪聲,高紋波抑制,低壓差,低消耗電流的高速LDO電壓穩壓器。

由於300mA的高速LDO電壓穩壓器IC採用了最大尺寸僅為0.75mm×0.75mm, h=0.3mm 的超小型封裝“LGA-4B01”,能實現高密度的設計。

本IC由基準電壓源,誤差放大器,驅動晶體管,限定電流電路,相位補償電路,過熱保護電路。防止衝擊電流電路等構成。從CE引腳輸入低電平能使IC成待機狀態,用VOUT引腳與VSS引腳之間的內部開關能使輸出電容(CL)的充電電荷放電。使得VOUT引腳高速地返回VSS電平。用於輸出濾波電容(CL)還能對應陶瓷電容等低ESR電容。

激光微調技術能在內部以0.05V的間隔,在1.2V~4.0V的範圍設定輸出電壓。

內置了過電流保護電路和過熱保護電路。當輸出電流達到了限定電流或結溫度達到了限定溫度時,保護電路開始工作。
