外部電容調整式看門狗超時電壓檢測器

XC6131系列產品是附帶看門狗功能的電壓檢測器。只用1個外接電容即可為看門狗超時,解除延遲時間設定任意的數值。用於監控微處理器當電源電壓達到檢測電壓時,在看門狗超時範圍內看門狗端子未輸入L→H的脈衝時,RESETB端子會輸出低電平信號。

XC6131系列產品中附帶了看門狗ON/OFF功能,將EN端子轉為L電平時,可只把看門狗功能轉為OFF, 但監控電源電壓的電壓檢測功能仍舊工作.

MRB端子和EN端子在內部上拉達到V_IN,不使用時可為開路狀態。
