有待機功能電壓調整器 輸入電壓 28V

XE6216係列是高精度, 低噪聲, 正電壓調整器芯片。該係列由一個參考電壓源,一個誤差放大器,一個限流器,一個熱關斷電路,一個相位補償電路和一個驅動三極管組成。

通過激光微調技術,輸出電壓可以在2.0V-12.0V之間以100mV間隔選擇(XE6216B係列)。另外,通過外接電阻,輸出電壓可以在2.0V-23.0V之間設定(XE6216C係列)。該係列的輸出穩壓電容(CL)同樣可以使用低ESR的陶瓷電容。

該係列內置了過流保護電路和熱關斷電路。這兩個保護電路將在輸出電流達到電流限製水平或者結溫度達到溫度限製水平時開始工作。

CE功能可以使輸出被關斷,芯片進入待機模式,從而可以大大降低功耗。
