140mΩ內置高端開關及Pch FET驅動GATE引腳 Push Button智能負載開關

XC6193系列是能大幅度降低出廠後待機時及電源OFF時消耗的電力、並且在系統死機時能關閉電源的智能負載開關。有利於機器節電、延長工作時間。

使用該系列產品使內置高端開關為ON狀態 (A型由SW端子可以ON也可以OFF)，從MCU等向SHDN端子輸入信號可使其OFF。 該系列產品搭載在機器上上時，可以向SW端子輸入”L”信號，使高端開關成為並保持Turn-On狀態。如需Turn-Off，可從MCU等向SHDN端子輸入”H”電平的1個脈衝。以此容易地實現了電池驅動機器主電源的主SW(*1)。因此停機時的漏電流可以抑製到1nA(TYP.)，不僅適用於主電源SW等用途，對於抑制機器出廠後長期保管時的電池放電也很有功效。

A型產品在長按Push Button可以在緊急時強制OFF。在機器死機時也能使其OFF。 B型產品則只能用SHDN端子使其OFF。

XC6193系列產品除了內置的高端開關之外，還備有為驅動P溝道MOSFET的外接GATE端子。 除以上功能之外，還備有防止衝擊電流的軟啟動功能以及短路保護功能，實現了負載開關的智能化。

(*1) 請在完成安全停機準備之後，從MCU等向SHDN端子輸入信號然後使其OFF。
