85mΩ高功能功率開關

XC8107系列產品是低導通電阻,內置P溝道 MOS FET的功率開關IC。

作為保護功能，內置了限定電流功能,防止倒流功能(防止VOUT→VIN的倒流),軟啟動功能,過熱停機功能,防止低電壓錯誤動作電路(UVLO)。

此外，還搭載了監控功率開關狀態標誌的功能。標誌端子為N溝道開漏輸出，在檢測過電流及檢測過熱中,防止倒流功能工作中，輸出Low電平。

根據印加在CE端子上的電壓電平，可以使IC成待機狀態。可以從有效H電平,有效L電平中選擇CE 端子輸入邏輯。
